1. Introduction
Welcome to SkillVibe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by SkillVibe ("SkillVibe," "we," "us," or "our") through our website at skillvibe.ai and any associated platforms.
By booking an intro call, purchasing a program, or otherwise engaging with SkillVibe's services, you — whether as an employer organisation ("Client") or an individual employee participant ("Participant") — confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Services
SkillVibe provides an AI-assisted coaching program designed to help junior and early-career employees develop measurable workplace habits and improve performance. Our services include:

An intake process consisting of a Manager Snapshot and an Employee Reality Check

An AI-generated 4-week structured coaching plan with defined KPIs, weekly focus areas, and tracking rules

Four coach-led sessions of approximately 30 minutes each, delivered over four consecutive weeks

Post-session coach summaries and KPI logs

Practical workplace templates (e.g. status updates, escalation frameworks, meeting contribution guides)

An end-of-cycle continuation plan (keep/stop/start format)
SkillVibe's AI tools are used to generate structure and consistency in the coaching plan. All coaching sessions are delivered by a human coach. AI does not conduct sessions or make HR decisions.
3. Eligibility and Enrolment
Our services are available to:

Companies and organisations ("Clients") seeking to enrol one or more employees in a coaching program

Individual employees ("Participants") enrolled either directly or through their employer
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By participating, you confirm you meet this requirement.
SkillVibe reserves the right to decline any enrolment request at its sole discretion.
4. Fees and Payment
Program fees are agreed upon during the introductory call or as stated in a written proposal or invoice. All fees are due in advance of program commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SkillVibe reserves the right to revise its pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated before they apply to an active engagement.
Invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, banking fees, or foreign exchange costs.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. SkillVibe does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Participant withdrawal or disengagement during the program

Dissatisfaction with outcomes or results

Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend sessions

Employer decision to discontinue participation
If a Client wishes to cancel prior to program commencement, the full program fee remains payable. No credit or transfer to a future program is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing by SkillVibe.
If SkillVibe is unable to deliver the agreed program due to circumstances within its control, we will work in good faith to reschedule or provide an equivalent solution.
6. Scheduling and Attendance
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the coach and the Participant. Sessions missed or cancelled by the Participant with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled without additional charge.
SkillVibe will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to coach availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
7. Confidentiality
SkillVibe treats all information shared during intake, coaching sessions, and follow-ups as confidential. We will not disclose personal or session content to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Where a Client (employer) has enrolled a Participant, SkillVibe may share program progress summaries — including KPI tracking data and coach notes — with the designated Client contact. Participants will be informed of this arrangement at enrolment.
Participants and Clients agree not to disclose SkillVibe's proprietary materials, frameworks, or templates to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Data and Privacy
SkillVibe collects and processes personal data (including names, contact details, and performance-related information) in order to deliver its services. By using our services, you consent to this processing.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
Participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the details below.
Our use of AI tools involves processing input data provided during the intake process. No personally identifiable information is used to train external AI models without explicit consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by SkillVibe — including coaching plans, templates, frameworks, and AI-generated outputs — are the intellectual property of SkillVibe and are licensed to the Client and Participant for personal, non-commercial use during and after the program.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from SkillVibe materials without prior written authorisation.
10. Limitation of Liability
SkillVibe's services are provided for professional development purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or employment results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillVibe's total liability to any Client or Participant shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
SkillVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, or employment decisions made by any party.
11. Participant and Client Conduct
All parties agree to engage with SkillVibe's services in good faith and in a respectful manner. SkillVibe reserves the right to terminate a program immediately, without refund, if any party engages in conduct that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise incompatible with a productive coaching environment.
12. Modifications to Terms
SkillVibe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on skillvibe.ai. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
